Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bullion Bay LLC ("Bullion Bay," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the mobile applications we publish, including MIDAS Gold (together, the "Apps"). By using an App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Anonymous device identifier. Each install of an App is assigned a random, anonymous identifier used to store your in-app progress (such as lesson completion, prediction streaks, and preferences) and to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage of the App. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

Push notification token (optional). If you enable notifications, your device registers a push token so we can send you relevant updates (for example, a market alert or a reminder about your daily prediction). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Basic technical data. Like most apps, ours may automatically receive limited technical information (device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs) used only to keep the App working correctly and to fix bugs.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, financial account information, or any government identifiers. Our Apps contain no real-money features and never ask for payment or bank details.

2. How we use information

• To operate core App features (news feed, gold price display, lessons, daily prediction game).
• To remember your preferences and progress between sessions.
• To send optional push notifications you have chosen to receive.
• To understand, in aggregate and anonymous form, how the App is used, so we can improve it and fix issues.

We do not use your information to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing of information

We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and database providers, and push notification services operated by Apple and Google) solely to operate the App. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers, and we do not sell personal information to any third party.

4. Third-party links

Certain parts of the App may link to an external community channel operated on a third-party messaging platform. That platform has its own privacy policy and terms, which govern your use of it once you leave the App. This Privacy Policy applies only to the App itself.

5. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain the minimal data described above only as long as needed to provide the App's features. Because our Apps do not use personal accounts, most data is tied only to your anonymous device identifier. You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at the email below, and by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data from your device.

7. Your choices

• You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.
• You can request access to, or deletion of, any data we hold about your device by contacting us.
• You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
